Where do you deliver your wines?
We currently offer nationwide delivery across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, while express options are available at checkout for faster arrival.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link from our courier partner to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for damaged bottles?
In the unlikely event that your wine arrives damaged or is corked, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship directly within the UK via our website. For international inquiries, please contact us directly as we may be able to direct you to a local stockist in your country.
Are your wines suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
