Return Process

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the bottles are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent any breakage during transit back to our vineyard.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your parcel to our winery address in Hampshire.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our cellar team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement bottles within 5-7 business days.
